Pick up a quick juice, sandwich, or salad in the grab-and-go deli. The Co-op Café uses over 85 organic ingredients, and sources as many local ingredients as possible to keep the Café’s fare healthy, affordable, and sustainable.

Choice of whole milk or oat milk. All ingredients for our coffee beverages are organic. We use fair-trade organic coffees that are locally roasted by 19 Coffee and Building New Hope.

Juices, Smoothies, & More

The café offers fresh juices, frozen smoothies, and seasonal cold beverages. Our beverage menus include some Co-op classics as well as some new favorites. As we’re working to keep things simple, tasty, consistent, and efficient, we will not be offering any additions, modifications, or substitutions for the time being. We have carefully crafted a curated selection of refreshing beverages to help keep cool during those hot summer days.

Grab & Go

Our coolers are stocked with a variety of convenient and delicious ready to eat foods. Favorites include our lemon pepper tofu sandwich, sesame noodles, mock tuna salad, and more. Watch for seasonal specials, especially around the Thanksgiving holiday.

Soup Bar

We offer hot soups to go, in three convenient sizes. Selections change, but our popular mushroom-barley soup remains a fan favorite.

Bakery

Freshly baked muffins, brownies, bars, breads, and cookies are available daily. Our very own bakers prepare natural baked goods right here in the store. Unbleached flours, organic eggs, and natural sweeteners are all reasons you can feel good about enjoying a special treat. There’s something for virtually every diet, including vegan, paleo, and wheat-free options.
